1. Scope of Application
Seidenzucker's business relations with its clients are subject exclusively to the following general terms and conditions of business.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The Customer may acquire goods from Seidenzucker in the online store of the Seller. After the Customer has put the selected goods into the online shopping cart and has gone through the electronic shopping process, the Customer makes a legally binding offer to enter into a contract with respect to the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the button concluding the ordering process. Furthermore, the Customer may also submit the offer to the Seller by phone, fax, e-mail or mail. The goods on offer by Seidenzucker in the online store are non-binding. If the goods are not available, Seidenzucker is not obligated to perform. The picture of the products displayed on the website, in the online store or in any other documents, is only an outline of Seidenzucker's products and is by no means a legally binding offer. In case of any offers made by Seidenzucker by other ways (by telephone, email or mail), a purchase contract shall only be concluded if the Purchaser has expressly accepted the offer.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices indicated on the website at the time the purchase is made shall apply.
The prices are inclusive of the VAT of 7 percent contained therein, excluding the costs of packaging and shipping.
The shipping costs are displayed separately throughout the order process.
4. Terms of payment
The payment options available in our online store are Paypal, instant transfer and payment in advance.
Other payment methods and conditions shall be subject to consultation with Seidenzucker and shall only be valid if Seidenzucker submits these to the Purchaser as a written offer.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Customer shall have the right to cancel his order free of charge up to 14 calendar days before agreed shipping date, provided that the cancellation is in writing. As of the 13th calendar day preceding the agreed shipping date, Seidenzucker shall reserve the right to charge the Customer for any costs already incurred for production or payments made in advance to other service providers.
Payments made in advance for shipment, packaging and packing will be refunded without deduction up to one calendar day prior to the agreed date of shipment.
The refund shall be in the same form in which the payment was previously made.
Orders will be dispatched by Seidenzucker within 7 working days at the latest after receipt.
Shipment will be carried out by Deutsche Post AG / DHL to the address provided by the Purchaser.
In order to ensure a trouble-free and timely delivery, the Purchaser undertakes to ensure that he/she is present at the specified delivery address on the registered delivery dates and that he/she is able to take delivery of the package.
7. Delivery and transfer of risk
Orders placed and deliveries made are only possible within Germany.
Seidenzucker shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery or any damages that may occur during transportation of the goods due to improper handling by the carrier.
The Customer shall inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt for any defects with regard to its condition.
8. Retention of title
Until full payment of all claims arising from the purchase contract, the seller retains ownership of the delivered goods.
The goods shall be stored in a cool place after receipt. Seidenzucker advises to store the goods in the refrigerator.
Instructions for appropriate storage are noted in the package text.
In case of damage to the goods caused by improper handling and storage by the Purchaser, no claim under warranty can be asserted.
In all other cases, the statutory provisions shall apply.
10. Cancellation policy
An exchange of products shipped by us is regrettably not possible, as the goods are perishable. (see BGB §312g).
11. Force majeure
In the event that Seidenzucker is not able to provide the owed service due force majeure (especially war, natural disasters), Seidenzucker shall be released from its service obligations for the duration of the impediment.
12. Exclusion of liability
Claims of the purchaser to compensation for damages are excluded. Seidenzucker shall only be liable for damages other than those caused by injury to life, body & health, if such damages result from wilful misconduct, gross negligence or culpable violation of an obligation under the contract by Seidenzucker. The regulations of the Product Liability Act shall remain unaffected.
13. Data protection
Seidenzucker uses personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order in compliance with the legal provisions. Data will not be disclosed to third parties. Excluded from this is the parcel service charged with the delivery.

This contract and the whole legal relations of parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany under exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The legal venue is Wiesbaden.
Should any provision of this contract be or becomes invalid or contain a loophole, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
By ordering, the above General Terms and Conditions are recognized by the purchaser as binding.
